• Training methods in, among other things, operation and maintenance, analysis tools, and railway knowledge.
• A personal mentor who accompanies you throughout the introductory period.
• In parallel with the introductory period, you will receive a specified task, which you solve together with your new colleagues in teamwork that is our guiding star.
