Predge Onboarding
Predge offers you the best possible start to your new job. Your colleagues welcome you to the team and are eager to support you all the way. You start with the 4-week introductory program, which includes:
- Presentation of the company Predge, our team, and what we stand for.
- Our products.
- Training methods in, among other things, operation and maintenance, analysis tools, and railway knowledge.
- A personal mentor who accompanies you throughout the introductory period.
- In parallel with the introductory period, you will receive a specified task, which you solve together with your new colleagues in teamwork that is our guiding star.
